The taking of a living body by a daemon, which casts out or smothers the soul within and warps the flesh to suit itself. Psykers are the most vulnerable, but corruption, ritual or sheer exposure to the Warp can open the way in others. It is one of the most dreaded fates the Immaterium can inflict.
